What I do here: As Tax Department Supervisor, I monitor employee productivity by setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with KMP’s plans and visions. I also ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Additionally, as part of the KMP Tax Department team, I research/pull accounts to post for foreclosure sales, work on bankruptcy files, take payments, make deposits, and maintain files.
Best part of my job: Explaining to taxpayers how we can help them pay their taxes by getting them into an agreement to pay their delinquent taxes.
Fun fact about myself: I love swimming.
Hobbies: Dancing and fishing.
