Daniella was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
Daniella practices in the areas of civil litigation, employment law, and school law.
Prior to joining KMP, Daniella worked as a Summer Associate for Person, Whitworth, Borchers & Morales, L.L.P. Daniella also worked as a Summer Associate for Alford & O’Brien, PC where she assisted in the research, editing, and publishing of Expanding Solar Energy Reach in Texas: Legitimizing Solar Energy Development on Texas Relinquishment Act Lands.
Daniella was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2020.
